(“OptionEase”), the leading provider of applications for fair-market-value accounting and compliance in the United States.
Founded in 2006, OptionEase was an early adopter of the NetQuarry platform.  Using the NetQuarry platform, OptionEase supports over 700 clients on its multi-tenanted, SaaS offering.  OptionEase has maintained a 96% client retention rate and a 130% average annual growth rate.  Headed by Kim Kovacs and venture backed by the GADS Option Fund, Miramar Venture Partners, Pasadena Angels, and Tech Coast Angels, OptionEase was a winner in both the 2011 and 2012 Inc 500|5000 awards which honors America’s fastest growing companies.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Â The transaction is expected to close in November 2012 subject to customary closing conditions.
